- Letter paper, your theme's colors: each theme in Festidy's planner has four colors (ink, accent, pop and a soft background), and the signs use them with Festidy's serif type.
- Welcome sign: one page, "Welcome to Liam's 6th birthday", or your party title for showers, graduations and grown-up parties.
- Food labels: folded tent cards, 6 a page, each 3.85 by 3.4 inches flat. Cut on the dashed lines and fold on the dotted one; it stands about 1.7 inches tall and reads from both sides. The list starts with the food ideas for your theme from Festidy's planner.
- Photo sign: one page with a big QR code drawn in your browser from the link you paste. Guests scan it with their phone camera.
- Schedule sign: the times come from Festidy's run of show for your party type. For a 2-hour kids' party starting at 2:00, cake is at 3:20.
- Printing: print at 100% (actual size). If the colors are missing, turn on "Background graphics" in the print settings.

Tips for party signs
- Print the tent cards on cardstock so they stand up on the table; plain paper flops.
- Put allergy notes on the labels. Festidy's RSVP asks guests about allergies, so you know which dishes need a "Contains nuts" or "Dairy-free" line.
- Test the QR code before you print. Scan it with two phones, and open the album from a phone that isn't yours to check guests can add photos.
- Put the photo sign where people wait: by the door, the drinks or the cake table.
- Stand the welcome sign on an easel or tape it to foam board at the front door, so guests know they are at the right house.

Keep it short: "Welcome to Liam's 6th birthday" reads from across the yard. Grown-up parties can use a title, like "Baby shower for Priya".
How can guests share photos from a party?
Make a shared album that lets guests add photos, paste its link here and print the photo sign. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload from the album.
Can I print party signs on cardstock?
Yes. Most home printers take light cardstock; use it for the tent cards and the welcome sign so they stand up and last the whole party.
